The Name
Our name, 846, references 21 U.S.C. §846—the federal conspiracy statute that makes it a federal crime to attempt or conspire to commit any drug offense defined in Subchapter I of the Controlled Substances Act.
In the face of outdated drug classification, a thriving, innovative market has emerged—driven by operators, advocates, and entrepreneurs who refuse to let obsolete laws define the future.
